There’s no question everyone at Auburn is on the same page right now. That could change, but let’s talk about the guy who put everyone on the same page. Cadillac Carnell Williams, who in four games as interim head coach last season brought back the energy, the passion that Bryan Harsin sapped away from this program. The decision Hugh Freeze made to keep Cadillac on his staff was a no-brainer.

You guys saw he was used to having the spotlight on him as a player and whenever you saw him have the spotlight on him as a coach you saw that positive energy. You saw that positive light, that positive outlook on everything in life. That was something that energized us. It motivates us. And that’s something he brings every single day.”
That energy was evident by the fact Auburn set a program record with 63,000, 500 season tickets sold.
